Congratulations to Charise Miller from Pleasant View Middle School in Grove City, who is our Teacher of the Month for February, presented by Brain Balance, Modern Office Methods, Jet’s Pizza, and Sunny 95. As an 8th-grade math teacher, Mrs. Miller goes above and beyond what is typical of a classroom teacher. She works with students to encourage academic excellence through being an advisor for National Junior Honor Society, providing math tutoring before and after school, and continuously maintaining high expectations for all students. In addition, Mrs. Miller offers a variety of fun incentives to encourage students to be successful- including, but not limited to providing pancake parties for her entire class if they meet their goals, contacting parents for positive acknowledgment and developing wonderful relationships with her students.
