He understands best practices and what it looks like in the classroom and with students. But his gift is how he connects with staff to instill trust and confidence and vulnerability to take risks without fear of failing. He does this collaboratively and what appears, on the outside, to be effortless. He is a master teacher who makes everyone around him better.
