Congratulations to Col. Russ Anible, our Sunny 95 Teacher of the Month from Delaware Hayes High School. Col. Anible is the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor for Delaware County Air Force Junior ROTC. The past ten years in Delaware and at Hayes have been the most rewarding of Col. Anible’s life. Outside of the classroom, Col. Anible serves the community and contributes to the development of the knowledge and character of its young men and women. He also likes to encourage parents with his own experiences and with success stories of youngsters whose lives were turned around by the program.
